In partnership with Statistics Canada, Canadian Heritage, and the Office of the Chief Human Resources Officer's Centre on Diversity and Inclusion, the Canada School of Public Service will host a 3-day Diversity and Inclusion Conference. Building upon last year's successful event, this year's conference will set the groundwork as we look to the future of the public service and move from awareness to action.
This event will showcase the results of some departments and agencies in response to the Clerk of the Privy Council's Call to Action on Anti-Racism, Equity, and Inclusion in the Federal Public Service. In addition, it will focus on what has been accomplished since last year and what is planned for the future. The conference's panelists will discuss topics such as:- how diversity and inclusion lead to culture change
- privilege and unconscious bias
- allyship
- tools and networks to strengthen diversity and inclusion practice
